Hubity pour engineering firms
Pursuit intelligence for civil, structural, and MEP firms, from your own work.
Public work is won on qualifications, and yours are buried in years of proposals, project descriptions, and resumes. Hubity reads that history, matches it to the RFP in front of you, and shows the source for every answer. Time, billing, staffing, and project status are connected in the same workspace.
How engineering firms use Hubity
Concrete ways engineering firms teams put Hubity to work, from the first upload to everyday decisions.
A go or no-go grounded in your record
Fit check reads the RFP or RFQ against your service lines, prior work, staff by discipline and license, and capacity, then recommends pursue or pass with the reasons. A forecast from your own bid history shows your hit rate and up to three similar past pursuits with their outcomes.
Voir la fonctionnalitéSOQs and SF 330s from the projects you already did
Ask for past water, transportation, or structural projects that match the scope and the assistant returns them with the source document. Search published resumes by PE license, discipline, or project experience to fill out the key personnel, then build the proposal from reusable sections.

For projects run in Hubity, logged hours, invoiced revenue, and expenses roll up per project. Before you price a fee, look at what comparable past jobs billed and what they cost to deliver.
Voir la fonctionnalitéTimesheets and progress billing from approved time
Engineers log time against projects and activities from the timesheet or from chat. Invoice drafts pull approved hours at the project's rates, billable expenses, and percent complete on lump-sum contracts, for a principal to review and send.
Voir la fonctionnalitéStaffing that matches the promise in the proposal
The capacity view shows who is over and who has room, for a week or a quarter, from working schedules, time off, and open task estimates. The project manager named in the proposal is someone with hours to give it.

Common questions
Asked by engineering firms considering Hubity.
- No. Hubity has no general ledger, payroll, or accounts payable. It sits alongside your accounting system and holds the pursuits, projects, time, invoice drafts, and knowledge that the books do not. If your firm uses QuickBooks, Hubity can connect to it on plans that include the QuickBooks connection and read the books for reporting; it never writes back.
- Hubity does not generate the SF 330 form itself. It finds the material that goes into it: the example projects that match the scope, the resumes of the key personnel, and the past proposal language you can reuse, each with the document it came from. Your team assembles the form.
- Yes. Under QBS the deciding factor is the record you can show, and that is what Hubity reads: prior work, showcase projects, licenses, certifications, and similar past pursuits. Pricing comes later in QBS, and the project history is there when it does.
- Workspace data is encrypted at rest and in transit, isolated from every other company, and never used to train any model. Access is role-based, and irreversible actions need human approval. Data is stored in the United States.
