Basato su Keep a Changelog. Questo progetto utilizza il Versionamento Semantico.

July 13, 2026 v138.2.2

Manage your own details, filter time and billing by date, and cleaner change history

Aggiunto
- A project's Time and Billing tabs can now be scoped to a date window: pick a quick range (today, the last 7 or 30 days, this month or quarter) or an exact custom span, with all-time still the default. Logged hours, billable hours, and linked invoices update to the window you choose.
- Sort any of these tables by any column: order logged time by date, hours, or billable; the schedule of values by what's ready to bill; and invoices by issued date, due date, amount, or status. The same date-range and sort controls now work the same way across finance ledgers, the team timesheet report, and the activity log.
- Keep your personal details current yourself: update your emergency contact, home address, and personal phone and email right from your own record, without an HR request. Sensitive identifiers like Social Security, tax, and bank numbers stay managed by HR, and a quick identity check protects the change.
Modificato
- A record's change history is now tucked behind a quiet 'Recent changes' button on each page and opens in a side panel when you want it, instead of sitting open at the bottom, so the page leads with the work itself. Nothing is lost: the full who-changed-what trail and one-tap restore are all still there.
Risolto
- Anyone can now change their own profile photo from the team roster, whatever their role; a permission error no longer blocks it. The roster also opens to current teammates by default, so it isn't crowded with people who have left.
July 11, 2026 v138.1.9

More ways back, and honest answers when something goes wrong

Aggiunto
- Exports now ask what you want before downloading: keep your current view's filters, pick a date range, or deliberately choose everything. You see how many records will download before you commit, files are named by the window they cover, and full-history exports of financial data are reserved for finance roles and above.
- More ways back: restore a removed announcement right from the undo notice, bring an archived coaching session back with one tap, unblock a conversation straight from the confirmation, and deleted marketing assets, recorded meetings, and evaluation questions all offer Undo.
Modificato
- Pages tell the truth under failure: the status page never reports trouble it didn't verify, a shared link says 'temporarily unavailable' instead of 'deleted' during a brief hiccup, sign-in lockouts say how long to wait, switching languages keeps your place, and timesheet approvals stay visible when a plan lacks the workflow.
- Buttons show they're working the instant you tap them: connecting a calendar, uploading a file, saving, sending, and any action that takes a moment now shows a clear in-progress state, so nothing ever feels like your tap did nothing.
Risolto
- An estimate whose invoice was deleted can be converted again, onboarding reports exactly how many teammates were added, a wrong share-link password now says so, and choosing a photo that can't be used explains why.
Sicurezza
- Stronger session protection: signed-in sessions now expire after two weeks of inactivity (your company can choose an even stricter window), and role changes apply everywhere immediately, so a changed account signs out on every device and returns with its new permissions.
July 10, 2026 v137.2.0

Connect your calendar in one click, and a more forgiving workspace

Aggiunto
- Connect your Google or Outlook calendar in one click, right from the Calendar page. It's read-only and private to you, and the page says clearly when a calendar can't be reached. Timesheets can now suggest entries from your day's meetings; you review and confirm every one before anything is saved.
- Restore is now open to every member: bring back anything you deleted yourself, no admin needed. Far more of what you delete is recoverable too: proposal sections, comments, teams, templates, saved views, budget lines, marketing assets, uploaded files, and more land in Restore for 30 days, with Undo right where you tapped.
- New ways back from a decision: cancel your own pending approval request, unarchive projects, reopen a closed poll early, withdraw an unread evaluation, change your poll response before it closes, undo a reference link from the confirmation, and whoever locks a timesheet period can unlock it to fix their own mistake.
Modificato
- Destructive and one-way actions now ask first in plain language, and every confirmation tells the truth about recovery: restorable items say so, anonymous poll votes say up front that they're final, and only the truly permanent say permanent.
- Every save, send, and delete now tells you clearly when it fails instead of failing silently, across roughly eighty screens; forms in dialogs warn before discarding unsaved changes, restoring something brings back what belongs with it, and undo messages appear in your own language.
Risolto
- A converted deal can no longer create a duplicate project with a second click, restored files come back fully (visible and searchable), pressing Cancel on an approval note now cancels the approval, and success messages only appear once the work truly finished.
July 9, 2026 v134.2.0

Faster answers, dependable analysis, and stronger account protection

Modificato
- Everyday questions get answered faster. The assistant now continuously measures real response times and routes each conversation to the quickest option that meets our quality bar, so the default experience adapts automatically instead of staying fixed.
Risolto
- Opportunity analysis is more dependable on large documents: reports that could previously stop partway through and fail now run to completion, so a long fit report is no longer cut off before you can read it.
Sicurezza
- We now continuously watch for unusual sign-in patterns and alert our team the moment something looks wrong, around the clock; and we can safely sign an at-risk account out of its sessions during an investigation, with every action verified twice and permanently recorded.
July 8, 2026 v133.2.1

Winning proposals together, and an analyzer for every opportunity

Aggiunto
- The analyzer now reads any opportunity, not just RFPs: drop in a grant or funding notice, or paste a link to the posting and we fetch the page for you. If a posting keeps its files behind a login, add documents to the finished run any time and it re-reads. Every run names itself from the content and links back to its watchlist item.
- Watchlist to won in one flow: send a tracked opportunity into the analyzer with one click, get a fit report scored against your company profile, then open a pre-filled proposal or grant application with the title, deadline, key-date reminders, and requirements checklist carried over. Grants start from a grant-shaped draft.
- Proposals is now a workshop for proposals, grants, and bids. Build the document as sections you drag to reorder or fill from boilerplate, edit together safely, delete with one-tap undo, or duplicate a past winner. The company profile also suggests new service lines, past projects, and locations as your team grows.
- Draft without leaving the room: every section can be written, revised, tightened, or expanded with AI that knows the proposal's brief and neighboring sections. Output lands as a draft you read and accept, never auto-saved, and every save keeps the section's history so an earlier version loads back into the editor in one tap.
- Ask teammates to review the whole proposal or one highlighted section with a comments-back-by date; reminders chase until sign-off, designated approvers gate submission, and the owner can never approve their own proposal. Deadlines, meetings, and cutoffs each remind their owner, and dates typed in the draft are spotted and tracked in one click.
- Price each job from a snapshot of your standard rates with named adjustments, match the posting's formatting rules, and export a polished PDF or real Word document. Send the finished proposal as a private link your client can accept with an e-signature; a signed acceptance marks it won and can spin up the project and first invoice in one tap.
July 7, 2026 v127.1.0

Keep your vital records and clearer guidance in the continuity vault

Aggiunto
- Your continuity vault now holds your critical documents and links (ownership papers, insurance, bank and loan agreements, key vendor contracts) with where each one lives and who owns it, and it guides you as you fill it: every section explains what to capture, and empty sections nudge a first entry instead of a dead end.
- Your Watchlist is now a workspace: each item shows its priority score, deadline, departments, and notes at a glance, and you can sort the whole list, group it into a board, and deep-link any item. Follow an item to be told when it changes, mark it read or unread, tag a teammate, or send one into RFP analysis, a proposal, or a new contact, project, or task.
- You can now edit a contact straight from its own page: open any client or company and update its email, phone, address, and primary contact in place, without going back to the list. Each account also gets a People section where you can add, edit, and remove everyone you work with, and attach a document to any of them.
Modificato
- Throughout the vault we now remind you to store pointers, not secrets: record where a document or credential lives, never the sensitive content itself. The vault helps you recover without ever becoming a place a password or private file could leak.
- Sorting is simpler everywhere you sort: projects, tasks, invoices, timesheets, boards, your team roster, and trash. Pick what to sort by once, then flip ascending or descending with one toggle instead of a long menu of duplicate options. Every field now works both ways, and the toggle names the order you will get.
Sicurezza
- Your workspace email domains now require verification before they route sign-in or a custom address, and new workspaces are private by default. No one can point sign-in at a domain they don't control, and a shared domain no longer exposes your workspace to strangers unless you turn on domain discovery in Settings.
July 6, 2026 v119.5.0

Internal memos, project backfills, and dates that respect your timezone

Aggiunto
- Every time entry now has an internal Memo alongside its description: private notes for you and your managers that add context to logged time and never appear on a client-facing invoice. Add or edit it inline in your timesheet, in the visual day view, and in the team detail view, and it travels with your exports.
- Importing or backfilling timesheets now attaches hours to real project tasks automatically: matching work to the right task where one exists, and creating the task when it doesn't. The moment a backfill lands you can open a project and see exactly how time was spent, task by task.
- New tasks and placeholder projects a backfill creates are flagged for your review, and you can now leave rows out of any import: drop a person, project, or activity, skip a date range or non-billable time, or uncheck any row. Logged time is never billed automatically: what gets invoiced stays a manager's decision.
Modificato
- Backfilled work stays tidy and in sync. Near-identical entries (a misspelling and its correction) fold into a single task instead of scattering, and renaming that task updates every entry at once. When matching work already exists, one click merges a duplicate in so nothing is left orphaned.
Risolto
- Dates now show the day you actually picked. Due dates on tasks, projects, and boards, and the times on reminders, are saved in your timezone and shown in the timezone of whoever is viewing, so they no longer read a day early. Set your timezone in Settings; if you are travelling, we ask which timezone a new date belongs to.
July 5, 2026 v118.0.32

A tamper-evident activity trail and tighter network sign-in controls

Risolto
- Restoring a project from Trash is dependable again. A recent change could cause a restore to report the project as not found even when it was still there; sending a project to Trash and bringing it back now works reliably and returns the project intact.
Sicurezza
- Your workspace's security activity trail is now continuously verified. Every recorded event is sealed to the one before it, and an automatic daily integrity check confirms nothing has been altered or quietly removed, raising an alert the moment anything doesn't add up. Sign-in and account events are now protected by the same continuous check.
- If your workspace restricts sign-in to specific networks, that restriction is now enforced even in the rare case where a request's network can't be determined, closing a gap where such a request could otherwise slip past the allowed list. Workspaces without a network restriction are unaffected.
July 3, 2026 v117.0.0

IT command center, security playbooks, continuity planning, and Lessons Learned

Aggiunto
- The IT command center gives owners, admins, and IT admins one place to understand the workspace: security posture, a seat-by-seat review of roles, second-factor protection, and lingering old sign-in sessions, integration health, domains, recent activity, and a gated estate export. Offboarding a teammate now starts your offboarding checklist automatically.
- Lessons Learned now has its own home under Reference. Capture what worked and what didn't after a project or retro, search and filter everything the team has recorded, and correct or retire an entry when it goes out of date. Removed lessons stop informing the assistant right away and stay restorable from Trash.
- Team playbooks grew up: categories, structured checklists with named owners, ready-made security procedures, and now real execution records. Run a playbook step by step with each tick signed and time-stamped, set a review cadence with overdue reminders, and let the assistant suggest missing steps or polish a step as you write.
Risolto
- Trash is more dependable: removed company profile entries, past projects, and every section of a restored continuity plan now come back intact, re-adding a removed entry with the same name works again, and the expiry countdown is accurate everywhere: items are kept for 30 days and then permanently cleared. Records kept for compliance are never auto-cleared.
Sicurezza
- A new guided continuity plan helps you prepare for losing a key person: critical functions, contacts, emergency access, and runbooks, with a readiness meter. It stays Hubity's most protected area: per-person access, an identity check every visit, encrypted notes, an offline emergency kit, and a safeguarded waiting-period access request.
- Security hardening: the most sensitive IDs (national ID, tax ID, bank) are kept as last four digits only, one-time sign-in codes are scrambled, performance reviews are encrypted at rest, personal details are masked in internal logs, and sensitive uploads or meeting recordings (passwords, tax forms, IDs) are kept out of company search and the assistant.
July 2, 2026 v111.1.0

Project templates, admin controls, safer imports and deletes, editable records

Aggiunto
- Projects now have a proper template library. Save any project's structure as a reusable template from the project itself or from the library, preview exactly what it sets up, and start the next similar job from it in one step. Ready-made starter setups for common disciplines are included, and you can switch off any that don't fit your work.
- Admins get new advanced controls. Send workspace events to your own systems with signed, retried webhooks; restrict which networks can sign in with an IP allowlist; and schedule a connected tool to run on its own, sending the result to Knowledge, a task, or a briefing.
Modificato
- Saving data from chat now shows a complete review first: every row, amount, and destination, with totals to check and automatic blocking of figures not in the attachment. What you approve is exactly what runs, high-impact saves ask a quick identity check, sends show their full text and audience first, and every change is recorded and restorable.
- Your HR team can now manage the team roster on their own, adding new team members, editing their details, keeping licenses and certifications current, arranging the org chart, and offboarding people, without waiting on an admin. Setting someone's access role or permanently removing a record still stays with admins and owners.
- Live boards now show each project's code on its row and let you search by name or code to jump to a job. The filters read more clearly too: one People filter covers whoever leads a project or is assigned its work, filtering by department now spans both projects and tasks, and choosing which projects are in play is kept separate from narrowing tasks.
Risolto
- When something isn't available to you, Hubity shows a clear message instead of a technical pop-up, not a dead end. You can also correct or remove much more yourself, from estimates, budgets, and reminders to poll questions, project milestones, bidding assumptions, competitor bids, group chats, and benefit records, with removed items restorable from Trash.
July 1, 2026 v104.7.0

Encrypted contact tax IDs, auto sign-out on shared computers, and word-order search

Modificato
- Logging time is faster and smarter on the quick grid and visual timesheet: the projects and tasks assigned to you now surface as one-tap suggestions, and picking a task shows a subtle meter of how much of its budget is left. Projects show their number, picking a task fills in its project and client, and voice entry suggests the closest project matches.
- Closing a create or edit panel now protects your work: if you have unsaved changes, Hubity asks before discarding them, so an accidental tap outside the panel or a stray Escape no longer throws away a half-finished task, deal, project, or contact.
- Your team's digital business card now looks premium in the phone wallet: a redesigned card that adapts to your brand color, with the contact QR and one-tap save built in. On the Business plan you can choose from several polished card styles and use your own color; free cards get a refined default.
- Search now matches words typed in any order across every search box (projects, clients, tasks, people, invoices and more), so a few words find the right record even when other words sit between them. Picking from a dropdown narrows the same smart way everywhere you type, not just when you type the name straight through.
Sicurezza
- A contact's tax ID (EIN, VAT, or ABN) is now encrypted at rest and shown masked to the last four digits everywhere it appears. Seeing the full number takes a quick identity re-confirmation and is recorded in your activity log, and it is no longer included in bulk contact exports.
- Signing in now asks whether you're on a private or a public/shared computer. On a shared or borrowed machine, Hubity signs you out automatically after about ten minutes of inactivity, warning you first so you can stay signed in with one tap, so your account isn't left open for the next person if you forget to sign out.
June 30, 2026 v104.2.0

Voice time entry, smarter search, and drag-and-drop timesheets

Aggiunto
- New workspaces now open with a short, tailored getting-started checklist on the Today board: a few one-click first steps chosen to fit your line of work, so it is clear what to set up first. It steps aside on its own as your workspace settles in, and you can dismiss it any time.
- Log time as you go on the visual timesheet. Speak what you did and it becomes draft entries, matched to your projects, that you review before anything is saved. Or tap once to fill the time from where your day ends up to now. Capture work the moment you finish instead of rebuilding the day from memory. (Voice entry is on the Business plan.)
Modificato
- Shaping a day is now drag-first: grab a block and drop it to reorder, with its times following along, and tapping a block opens a clearer, connected editor (an elevated card that points back at it, or a bottom sheet on a phone) holding size, order, billing, and links together. Keyboard and on-block controls remain for a non-drag path.
- Choosing a client, project, or task is now one connected, smarter picker shared by the visual timesheet and the new invoice form: pick a task and its project and client fill in, pick a project and its client fills in, and word-order matching finds the right entry from a few words typed in any order. Add a missing project or task right where you are.
- Time now reads in plain hours and minutes across the timesheet, so a quarter hour shows as 15m rather than a rounded 0.3. Exact decimal hours still appear next to the day's total and on each block's editor for billing, so nothing you reconcile against an invoice is lost.
- Vendors and teaming partners now live alongside everyone else in your Contacts: each firm is one record, with its vendor and subcontractor details shown right on the contact, so the same company is no longer tracked in two disconnected places.
June 29, 2026 v103.0.0

Budget forecasting, bulk-update on re-upload, document linking, and a Vendors directory

Aggiunto
- Budgeting now forecasts itself: a Forecast view projects what live projects will bill in a budget's window, ready to pull into the plan. Budgets span departments, and a line can hold a tentative client or project or convert a prospect into a real one. Projects link back to the deal they came from and renew into a fresh engagement in one click.
- Bulk uploads can now update the records you already have, not just add new ones. When a sheet matches existing people, clients, projects, invoices and more, choose to add new rows only or also update the matches in place. You pick on the review step, see the add/update/skip counts before saving, and can undo it like any import.
Modificato
- Connecting documents to your records now works both ways: open a project, invoice, expense, deal, client, contact, and more, and attach the documents it relates to right there. A new Vendors directory lets you add, edit, or bulk-import the firms you work with and attach each one's paperwork (insurance certificates, agreements).
- Removing someone from your team now files them under Former, a permanent record you can reactivate at any time, instead of moving them to a separate trash. Your Former list keeps a complete, in-order history of everyone who has been on the team, and a genuine mistake such as a duplicate can still be permanently removed from a former member's profile.
- Finance polish: invoices and past-due reminders go out in the client's language with your company name, brand color, and contact details; an Outstanding filter shows every invoice still owed; a payment needing re-confirmation now prompts and saves; emails follow your locale's number, currency, and date formats; and finance can compare pay by department.
Sicurezza
- Stronger account safeguards: re-confirming your identity is specific to each sensitive action, so confirming one (viewing employee details, or exporting your roster and rates) no longer covers another. Prompt and project templates, provider keys, invoice recipients, financial, HR, hiring, and partner records stay strictly separated to your workspace.
June 28, 2026 v80.0.2

Stronger tamper-evidence across your activity and connection logs

Risolto
- Deals imported from a spreadsheet now always land in the right pipeline stage. A deal brought in as won or lost could previously be filed under an unrecognized stage and slip out of your pipeline board and stage filters; existing deals like this are corrected automatically and new imports are placed correctly.
Sicurezza
- Your account's activity log is now write-once: each recorded action is cryptographically sealed with its full context, and once written an entry can no longer be altered, so the record of what happened is preserved as-is and any tampering attempt is both blocked and detectable. Existing history stays valid and the protection applies going forward.
- The same deeper protection now covers the activity log for your connected tools and integrations, and now seals the recorded details of each event as well as its context, so a later edit to either is detectable and the evidence you export for a compliance review is harder to tamper with undetected.
- Sensitive, irreversible actions, including role changes, two-step verification, single sign-on, access keys, account deletion, and erasure requests, now refuse to complete unless they can be securely recorded first. If the activity log is briefly unavailable the action is safely declined and can be retried, so none happens without a durable record.
- Approval decisions now follow the same rule, including time off, expenses, timesheets, automation steps, and connected-tool writes: the decision only goes through once it is securely recorded, so it always leaves a durable trail of who decided and is safely declined for retry if logging is briefly unavailable.
- Bulk data exports, such as payroll, a full-workspace download, and contact or schedule exports, now record the export before the file is delivered. If that record cannot be written the download is safely refused and can be retried, so bulk data never leaves your workspace without a durable trail of who exported it.
June 26, 2026 v73.10.2

Connect documents to any record, see how current each one is, plus a unified menu

Aggiunto
- You can now connect a knowledge document to far more than projects: invoices, expenses, time entries, revenue, deals, meetings, clients, vendors, contacts, and service lines. Connect them from the document or from the record's own page, including task and expense detail, and each record now shows the documents tied to it.
- Your knowledge base stays current and trusted: see how fresh each document is, mark one as current, follow any for change alerts, view its full edit history and roll back, retire an old version so only the current one is used in answers, and restore a deleted one within 30 days. An insights view also surfaces the questions that came back empty.
Modificato
- The assistant understands these connections in both directions. Ask what relates to an invoice, a meeting, or a project and it draws on the connected documents; ask where a document is used and it lists every record it touches, so answers bring the whole story together.
- Ask for the full picture on a record and the assistant now returns everything around it in one view: its details, recent activity, the documents tied to it, and the other records it connects to through those documents, so 'summarize everything connected to this' is a single answer instead of a hunt.
- Settings is now a tap away from anywhere in your workspace, every section opens in its own color with switches and highlights to match, and adding a tax rate is quicker: pick a state and its name plus a suggested rate fill in for you to confirm.
- Your workspace and settings menus now look and behave as one, with matching rows and highlights, a slim icon-only option that's remembered, and the same slide-in panel on a phone. On phones the bottom bar now stays put when you open chat, the top and bottom edges match the app, and search jumps straight to any area, like Projects or Deals, by name.
June 25, 2026 v72.0.0

Smarter address entry across the app, plus a teammate's card that opens like your own

Aggiunto
- Company addresses now live in one place. Create your offices once under Settings and reuse them everywhere: new teammates default to your headquarters (with a picker to switch office or choose 'Remote / other'), and your document letterhead pulls from the same list. New contacts assume your country so the right state list shows immediately.
- You can now link a project to the documents that inform it, like a previous phase, a set of rules, or its history, from either the project page or the document. Ask the assistant about a project and it draws on the linked documents, or ask which projects relate to a document, so answers pull the whole story together.
Modificato
- Opening a teammate's card from the directory now shows the very same view you get for your own: photo, name, title, and company up top, the scannable code, and the same two ways to hand it over. And a card's 'What to show' list now offers only details that are actually filled in, with the address option clearly labeled, so there are no empty checkboxes.
- Entering a country, address, or phone is faster and cleaner, on contacts as well as team profiles: choosing a country sets the right State or Province picklist (now covering far more countries), a US ZIP fills in the state, the phone code shows compactly as 'US +1', and Country sits at the top of the address block where it decides the fields below.
Risolto
- The app now heals itself if a return visit ever loads from a stale cache. Instead of showing a broken, unstyled page, it clears the old cache and reloads to the current version automatically, so you should never land on a half-loaded page after an update again.
- Your availability now stays accurate. You stay shown as Online while you're working, even after switching to another tab or app, and only move to Away after a few minutes of real inactivity. The team roster and your own status indicator now refresh in step, so they no longer disagree, and on phones the updates are lighter to save battery.
June 24, 2026 v70.8.0

Present your business card in one tap, plus steadier mobile panels

Aggiunto
- Present your digital business card in one tap, now also from the top of your chat screen. Your card opens with your photo, name, title, and company, ready to hand over. Share it, send your contact file directly, or let someone scan the code, whichever is fastest in the moment.
- Keep an emergency contact and personal details (home address, personal phone, date of birth) on a team member's profile. They stay encrypted, open only after a quick identity check for HR, and never appear on the business card or in any export.
Modificato
- Your business card now shows mobile, work (with extension), and fax numbers and a full address, all captured on the team profile, with a toggle to hide any of them. Saving it to your contacts brings across your photo and each number in its proper slot, and you can show a different address on the card than the one on your profile.
- More room to type. The chat message box now spans its own full-width row, with the attach and other controls tidied onto a slim bar beneath it, so the composer no longer feels cramped on phones.
Risolto
- Slide-in panels, editors, and shared cards now fit phones cleanly: each opens edge to edge, clears the notch and home indicator, and never clips a header, footer, or button. Hold a shared business card upright for the full card or turn it sideways for a wide view with a scannable code.
- Form fields now clearly show what is a hint versus what you have typed. Placeholder text reads in a lighter shade so an empty field no longer looks already filled in.
June 23, 2026 v70.1.0

Professional credentials and shareable digital business cards

Aggiunto
- Team members now carry their professional credentials. Add post-nominal letters after a name (P.E., PMP, LEED AP) plus a full list of licenses, certifications, and affiliations, each with its issuer, ID number, and an optional expiration. Turn on per-credential reminders and choose how far ahead to be nudged so nothing lapses unnoticed.
- Turn a team profile into a digital business card: pick a template and accent, add a tagline, then publish a revocable link with a QR code, a save-to-contacts download, and a share image. On a phone, one tap adds it to your home screen as its own Business Card app with a custom icon, so it is always a thumb away. Available on Business plans.
Modificato
- Time off now routes to the right approvers. A request goes to the people you report to plus HR and admins, so someone outside your reporting line can no longer approve or deny it, and HR can finally review leave. You can also edit a pending request, withdraw it, cancel upcoming approved time off, or resubmit one that was declined.
- Managers can now manage any project across the company, not just the ones they created, manage, or are assigned to: open, edit, and move it to Trash or restore it. This used to be blocked with a permission error that got in the way of working across departments. Permanently deleting a project still stays with admins.
- Departments now follow the people on your work: assigning a manager or teammate to a project or task adds their department (existing work was backfilled), so your portfolio and board filters reflect who is doing it. Admins can also create a department on the spot from a team member's Department picker. It only ever adds; what you set by hand stays.
Risolto
- Inviting a teammate no longer reports a false 'seat limit reached' when your roster has more people than your purchased seats. Seat usage now counts only those who actually hold a seat, matching the number shown on your billing page, so you can invite right up to your real limit.
June 22, 2026 v69.11.0

Time Off cleanup, clearer request actions, submission receipts, and sharper text

Aggiunto
- Submitting a time-off request now drops a confirmation into your notifications, so you always have a record that it went through, even when you're the person who approves time off for the team and there's no one else to notify.
- Departments now connect your work across boards. Pick one or more on any project, then filter boards by department, automatically including the work of the people assigned, so a teammate's tasks show under their department even when nothing was tagged. A new cross-department view surfaces the projects that span more than one team.
Modificato
- The Time Off page now fits your window cleanly. The requests table sizes to the space available instead of running off the right edge, so the Approve and Deny buttons are always fully visible rather than cut off.
- On a time-off request you submitted yourself, you'll no longer see Approve and Deny, only the actions you can actually take. Approving your own request was never permitted, so the buttons only led to an error; the request can still be canceled as before.
Risolto
- Inbox entries that are waiting on someone else, like a request you filed, are now clickable and open their page instead of sitting there looking like a stuck, locked row.
- Text now renders at its intended size across the app. A scaling issue had left some labels, badges, and section and dialog headings a touch too large or small; sizes on pages, panels, and dialogs are now crisp and consistent everywhere.
June 21, 2026 v69.7.0

Flexible billing: markup, attachments, multiple recipients, and contracted rates

Aggiunto
- Billable expenses can now carry a markup: when you mark an expense as billable, set the percent you add on top of cost before it lands on a client invoice, or leave it at zero to pass the cost straight through. The markup applies to the cost only, so any tax is still recovered exactly as paid.
- Invoices now take attachments. Add receipts, signed contracts, or any supporting file a client needs right from the invoice, label each one, and choose whether it's sent with the invoice email or kept on file. Anything you include is delivered alongside the invoice PDF.
- Send an invoice to several people at once. Add as many recipients as you need and mark each as a main recipient, Cc, or Bcc; everyone receives the same invoice in a single email. With no recipients set, invoices still go to the client's contact as before.
- Set default invoice recipients per project, so the same client can have different people billed for different projects. Invoices for a project go to its recipient list automatically unless you choose recipients on the invoice itself.
- Set contracted rates per client or project. Lock in agreed rates so later changes to your rate schedule don't move them, or keep them dynamic to follow the current schedule; an optional default expense markup can travel with the agreement.
Modificato
- Your pages now recover on their own from connection hiccups: a page keeps showing what you had, retries quietly in the background, and refreshes the moment you're back online, and one panel hitting a snag no longer takes down the rest. Some changes you make while offline, like quick notes, are saved and sent automatically as soon as you reconnect.
June 20, 2026 v69.2.0

Overtime rules, templates, Training Center courses, expense exclusion, and a voice fix

Aggiunto
- You can now mark any expense as excluded from calculations. It stays on your list for the record but drops out of your Total Expenses, spend tiles, profit, margins and runway, so a backfilled monthly summary no longer double-counts the individual receipts. Excluded rows show dimmed, and flip back in any time. Set it on one expense or a whole selection.
- You can now classify each team member as hourly or salaried and mark overtime eligibility from the team roster, then set your workspace overtime rules in settings (weekly and daily thresholds, the pay multipliers, and an optional double-time tier). Your payroll export then splits regular, overtime, and double-time hours for eligible people. Off by default.
- The chat composer now has a Templates menu for saving and re-running the questions you ask regularly, with a matching Saved Prompts page in the sidebar to organize them. Templates are yours by default, shareable with the team, editable only by you or an admin, and can be pinned, categorized, and searched as your collection grows.
- Thirteen new courses join the Training Center, covering planning, tasks, messages, polls, evaluations, watchlist, nudges, contacts, proposals, finance, forecasts, call coaching, and memory. They are grouped into three goal-based paths: 'Staying in flow', 'Sales and growth', and 'Finance and the numbers'.
Modificato
- The starter path for new members now covers more of the first week (daily planning, tasks, and team messaging), and more of the app speaks your language: the latest settings, finance, notification, and preference screens are fully translated across every supported language.
Risolto
- Tapping Talk to start a voice conversation now connects reliably again across phones, tablets, and desktops, instead of getting stuck on 'connecting'. The voice assistant has also moved to the latest, faster speech model for quicker, more natural replies.
June 19, 2026 v68.12.0

Settings now live entirely in their dedicated home, plus more of your QuickBooks numbers

Aggiunto
- QuickBooks now surfaces more of your finances inside Hubity: a live cash flow statement on Profit & Loss and a live aged payables view on Expenses join the existing profit & loss, balance sheet and receivables, and a connection that needs attention now shows a clear, one-tap reconnect instead of quietly going blank. Everything stays read-only.
- A few personal settings the new home had left out are back in logical places: your daily briefing options now sit with Notifications, a new Messages section holds read receipts and your mute and block lists, and a new AI preferences section sets your own speed-versus-quality balance and which AI providers you allow.
Modificato
- The older in-chat settings slide-over has been retired. The gear, the keyboard shortcut, and every link that used to open it now go straight to the dedicated Settings home, so there's one consistent, deep-linkable place for your account and workspace preferences with no duplicate to keep in sync.
- Everything that lived only in that panel moved across with it: changing your email sits under your profile, custom roles join the workspace security and access controls, and the admin 'view as another role' preview is now in the Settings side panel. Replaying the welcome tour and sending feedback are there too.
Risolto
- Two interface fixes: on phones, Settings now has a clear Account and Workspace switch and an expandable section menu, so company settings are easy to find; and the chat assistant-style picker lists every style cleanly, with the name and its description no longer overlapping on longer lists.
- Editing a project no longer fails to save when it carries a long code, notes, tag list, PO number, or client contact (long imported values are kept). And on the P&L, the expense breakdown by category now matches the selected period and your Total Expenses, counting each expense on its own date rather than summing every expense ever recorded.
June 18, 2026 v68.8.0

A finance source of truth, revenue reconciliation, and strategy frameworks

Aggiunto
- Business Health can now run the strategy frameworks (Business Model Canvas, PESTEL, Porter's Five Forces, SWOT, McKinsey 7S, and Mission, Vision & Goals) on your real company data: each analysis cites the figures behind its findings, flags missing information instead of guessing, and prints or saves as a PDF. Fill a gap once and every framework reuses it.
- Sales Call Reviews (Coaching) is now available on paid plans: start a live practice session and get private, real-time feedback on your sales, service, compliance, HR, communication, or leadership conversations. It listens to your own microphone and coaches only your speech, with a running score and a saved summary you can review later.
Modificato
- Finance now has a clear source of truth: rank where your numbers come from (QuickBooks, invoices, manual) so nothing double-counts, with QuickBooks driving the P&L headline when you choose it. Every figure shows its source and period, P&L and Business Health share one window, and a glitch that could show an invalid total is fixed.
- Settings is now one place: a single home with a sections list down the side, split between your account (profile, security, work pattern, presence, usage) and the workspace (departments, task statuses, and more), each its own page. Pick an Assistant style for how it talks to you; Reference gathers the handbook, guides, and playbooks.
Risolto
- Names with a capital letter inside a word, a hyphen, an apostrophe, more than two parts, or letters from other languages now display and link in full everywhere they appear, including team rosters and @-mentions, instead of being cut off partway through the surname. A teammate's name is treated the same wherever you see it.
Sicurezza
- Meeting and call recordings are handled with stronger privacy: audio is transcribed under a strict no-training agreement and kept only as long as it takes to produce the transcript, voice fingerprinting has been removed entirely so no voiceprints are created or stored, and speakers are now named by you rather than guessed from their voice.
June 17, 2026 v62.2.0

Matched-up Revenue and Expenses, a financial activity log, plus reliability fixes

Aggiunto
- Exported documents gain two layout controls in Brand settings: pick portrait or landscape for any PDF, and choose how much space the repeating letterhead and footer reserve at the top and bottom of each page.
Modificato
- Revenue and Expenses now work as a matched pair: both use one Contact column for import and export, the Add Expense form sets the same fields you can import (reimbursable, billable, and a rebill client), each revenue entry links to your client directory, and every record names who added it. Finance leads also get an activity log of who changed any number.
Risolto
- References inside messages and @-mentions now resolve to the right title and status, and shared links render in full: documents show their body, org charts the correct department, project summaries order milestones, and shared meeting minutes display as expected. Printed documents also keep their footer pinned to the foot of every page.
- Assistant actions are dependable: creating a poll, reading poll results, queueing a drip email, and pulling up a client's details all work reliably, and custom-role timesheet and billing permissions are now honored. Imported custom activities now appear in timesheet filters and reports instead of as Unassigned, and managers can remove wrongly-imported time.
- Behind-the-scenes calculations and admin paths are reliable again: deal scoring, churn risk, runway, the invoice-reconciliation helper, security-incident notifications, the privacy data-erasure flow, assistant feedback, and the at-risk projects count on your daily summary all return real results instead of coming up empty.
Sicurezza
- Business and Enterprise workspaces gain stronger sign-in and data controls: set up single sign-on and require members to use it, mandate two-factor authentication (a passkey or authenticator app), cap how long sessions stay signed in, auto-delete old assistant conversations on a schedule, and keep people and departments in sync with your sign-in provider.
June 16, 2026 v57.6.0

A stronger import experience, plus share and print for any list

Aggiunto
- Share or print any filtered list (projects, clients, tasks, deals, invoices, time entries, team) as a read-only snapshot: filter it, then send a private link or print a tidy PDF on your letterhead. Finances and personal contact details stay out unless you deliberately add them, which needs the right permission, a password, and an identity check.
- Importing tasks into a project can now be undone as a set: every task import is recorded so you can reverse the whole batch in one step if something looks wrong, just like imports elsewhere in Hubity.
- Imports are easier to prepare: upload Excel workbooks (.xlsx) directly (not just CSV), grab a one-click template with the exact columns each importer accepts, and know that exports from most tools (including common accounting and time-tracking apps) import as-is, so you spend less time reshaping files.
- When some rows in an import can't be saved, you can now download just those rows with the reason for each, fix them, and re-import only the corrections, so a few bad rows never block the rest.
Modificato
- Importing now scales with your role: account owners and administrators can bring in much larger backfills in a single pass (up to tens of thousands of records), matching enterprise data-migration norms, while everyday roles stay sensibly bounded so no one can rewrite a whole workspace in one request.
- When a file is too large to import at once, the importer now tells you the exact limit and how many rows you provided, so you can split it into batches and continue instead of seeing a generic error.
June 15, 2026 v57.0.0

A new Training Center to learn every feature, plus a clearer Coaching area

Aggiunto
- The new Academy is your in-app Training Center: short, role-based courses that preview the panel they teach, plus a searchable reference of every capability, color-matched to its panel and linked to the courses that teach it. Follow a learning path, earn a shareable certificate, build custom modules for your company, and track team progress.
- Drop in a long document, even a 50-page contract or scan, and Hubity now pulls the key details into a clean, structured summary suited to your line of work: it reads the whole file, finds the parts that matter, and shows each value beside the exact line it came from so you can confirm before saving. Anything it cannot verify is flagged, never guessed.
Modificato
- Every import window shares one look: a clear Source, Review, Commit progress line and a preview showing each value exactly as it will be saved. Imported text is now tidied automatically, with stray or hidden spaces removed and statuses matched to the right state so records land in the correct filter. Contacts import people and companies together.
- The call-coaching area is now simply called Coaching and lives at a matching, easy-to-remember address. Your old links still work and forward there automatically.
- Team roles read more clearly: the top account role is now labeled “Account owner” so it is never mistaken for a company owner, the team roster and org chart now lead with each person's job title instead of their internal access level, and wherever access levels do appear they use one consistent set of names. Everyone's existing role stays exactly as it was.
Risolto
- Backfilling time is far more capable: a file covering several people splits into one entry per teammate (including roster members who have not joined yet), the importer auto-detects your file's format, suggests close-but-not-exact matches, and historical already-billed time imports as settled so it is never re-invoiced or counted as unbilled.
June 14, 2026 v53.4.3

Documents that fit your paper, plus more of your workspace in your language

Modificato
- Printable documents and PDFs now share one polished, print-friendly design that automatically fits your region's default paper size (Letter or A4), keeps safe margins so nothing is cut off at the edges, and shows an on-screen preview that exactly matches the printed page. New document styles for engineering and finance teams were added too.
- Menus, labels, filters, and option lists across the in-app workspace, including projects, deals, invoices, evaluations, polls, knowledge, team, and settings, now follow your chosen language instead of defaulting to English, so teams working in another language see a consistent interface throughout.
- Tables across the workspace now share one consistent layout: columns line up evenly and fill the width, every heading sits directly above its data, amounts and figures align to the right while names and statuses align left, and statuses read as a clear labeled dot, so lists stay easy to scan whether they hold a little data or a lot.
- The homepage has a refreshed visual design and its product previews now mirror the real in-app experience, with sample figures shown in your local currency so the product feels native to your region (subscription prices stay in their listed currency).
Risolto
- Polished non-English display: on smaller screens the homepage language menu and sign-up button now fit fully in every language, and missing accent marks on some translated labels, including the answer confidence indicator, now render correctly across French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Polish, and Turkish.
- Shared poll-result links open correctly again instead of showing an unavailable page, public share pages now show your company logo and brand color, and finance figures stay consistent across the dashboard, billing, and aging views, with trashed invoices no longer counted.
June 13, 2026 v53.0.0

A lighter, simpler, more honest public site, and finance numbers you can trust

Modificato
- Our public site has a fresh, lighter look: a bright, airy canvas with generous spacing, a softer palette, crisp white-on-teal buttons, and no busy dividers, and it reflows cleanly on phones and tablets so nothing runs off the screen.
- We rewrote the site in plain language. Headlines, features, and pricing now say what you get in words anyone understands, with the jargon stripped out, so nothing feels overwhelming.
- The Why Hubity section now opens with what we believe: your company already knows more than any one person can hold, and that knowledge should be one question away for everyone. The page is tighter and less repetitive, so the value lands fast.
- Pricing is clearer: each plan now shows about how many conversations you get per person each month in plain terms, with one consistent Start free button across the whole site.
- Product previews now appear as crisp, light windows clearly marked as examples, and the integrations section shows at a glance which connections are live today versus in beta.
Risolto
- Your finance numbers add up now: invoiced work counts as revenue so you see real revenue and margins, not zero; each company keeps one base currency so totals never mix; the profitability view loads reliably; trashed expenses no longer inflate your profit and loss; and payroll exports come through complete with every employee and their hours.
June 12, 2026 v50.0.0

Fuller import and export, assistant connections that just work, and calmer cards

Aggiunto
- AI assistants can now discover your workspace through standard discovery addresses: a public capability card lists every available action, with machine-readable service-level and compatibility guides, so assistant directories list Hubity accurately and assistants set themselves up with less manual configuration.
Modificato
- Spreadsheet import and export now carry more of each record: projects round-trip their prior-work showcase, business-development notes, and assigned manager; people import and export their profile notes; and tasks can be assigned to roster members by name, not just seated users. Anything you can set when creating a record now imports and exports too.
- Notifications now play a signature three-tone chime that sounds out the Hubity name. Mentions, general messages, and system alerts each use a softer or deeper variant of the same short melody, so every ping is recognizably yours without being louder.
- Cards and list rows across the app now show status and severity as badges and dots instead of colored edge stripes, for a calmer, more consistent look everywhere from project boards to the public status page.
Risolto
- Assistant connections now work end to end from any assistant app: token sign-ins are accepted reliably, sign-in approvals survive restarts, busy teams no longer hit premature limits, and invoice and news-feed details requested through an assistant return full contents instead of an error.
Sicurezza
- Stronger protections on imports and sign-in: bulk rate and staff imports re-confirm your identity before anything is written and resume automatically afterward, and two-factor codes plus enterprise single sign-on responses are now single-use, so an intercepted code or response can't be replayed to get in.
June 11, 2026 v49.2.0

Invoices page through and sort, and billable rates fill themselves in

Aggiunto
- Billable rates now resolve themselves: give each person a default bill rate, or let their job title match a role on your rate sheet, and billable time picks up the right rate automatically. A rate typed on an entry still wins, an activity can pin a flat rate, and logged rates never change after the fact.
- Bring every person's remaining time-off balance over from your previous system: import a sheet with one row per person and leave type, and each balance is set to match it exactly, with an auditable adjustment trail. Re-importing the same sheet never double-counts, and balances export in the same shape for an exact round trip.
- Project and task imports now fill your custom fields too: any column in your sheet can map to a custom field you've defined, matched by name automatically, with values checked against the field's type. Updates merge into what's already there, so filling one field never clears another.
Modificato
- The invoice list now moves in pages with a running total and sorts by date, due date, amount, client, or invoice number. One-step select-all of everything matching your filters now works across deals, projects, team, time off, estimates, and credit notes too, and clearing thousands of selected deals, projects, or time entries finishes in one pass.
- Timesheet import and export now speak the format your other tools use: bring in Hours or Minutes, match work to projects by code as well as name, and see the client, billable amount, and billed-or-not status on every exported row. Imported time still links itself to the right project and task automatically.
Risolto
- The Overdue filter and the overdue total now catch every past-due invoice from its due date, not only ones marked overdue by hand. Exported dates also read as clean calendar dates, without a trailing time stamp. Mis-recorded payments can now be removed: they move to a recoverable Trash and the invoice's paid total and status adjust automatically.
June 10, 2026 v46.1.0

Schedules in and out natively, undoable imports, and steadier dialogs

Aggiunto
- Project schedules now move in and out natively: bring one in from MS Project, Primavera P6, Procore, Asana, Jira, Monday, or ClickUp, or any other tool with smart mapping and a full preview, and tasks, sub-task structure, dependencies, and assignees all land connected. Export any project's schedule back out in those same formats.
- Your data moves freely and safely: download the whole workspace as one re-importable archive, imports undo with one click or by asking the assistant, fixing a repeated name once updates every row, and estimates, credit notes, expenses, and rate cards bulk-edit in one pass. Your team roster rides the same engine; spreadsheet pastes land as cells.
- Invoices show the project’s manager, expenses link to the invoice they were billed on, and your team is notified of what affects them: invoice status and aging on their projects, tasks assigned by imports or in bulk, new project assignments, estimate outcomes, and time-off requests. Overdue reminders are always reviewed and sent by a person.
- Backfilled timesheets now find their place on their own: entries match projects and tasks against what that person actually works on, and anything that can’t be matched is kept with its original wording in a new reconcile queue, where you can connect it to the right record or set it aside. Nothing imported is ever silently lost.
Modificato
- Editing is now as safe as deleting: invoices, projects, tasks, and clients show who changed each field and what it was before, with one-click restore of any value. Everything else moves to Trash instead of vanishing, every delete dialog says what is recoverable, and restoring a project brings back what was trashed with it.
Risolto
- Clearing a date now actually removes it when you save, wide import previews scroll instead of hiding columns off the edge, the Boards sidebar highlights only the saved view you're on, and your timesheet activity catalog imports and exports like everything else. The assistant reads your full financial history and gathers sources into one row per answer.
June 9, 2026 v39.6.0

A reorganized Finance area, project cards at a glance, and your data in and out

Aggiunto
- Import past invoices, contacts, projects, tasks, deals, expenses, and time from a spreadsheet, a pasted screenshot, or a photo you snap on your phone, all through one consistent importer that reads the rows for you to review before saving, shows your recent imports, and matches or creates clients, projects, and people as you go.
- Project cards read at a glance now: a health dot (on track, at risk, overdue, or unscheduled) plus a progress bar for each kind of work, and project codes can auto-generate from a format you build from plain blocks, with tasks auto-numbering within each project too, like 260042-01.
- Invoices leveled up: split out pass-through and reimbursable lines (kept out of revenue and margin), add a team-only note, see the project's manager, and record payment method, discount, and last-contacted date. There are searchable client/project pickers, your own gapless numbering, and you can revise a sent invoice into a linked version.
Modificato
- Finance found its shape: Business Development is now the sales home, with the pipeline, RFP analysis, the pipeline forecast, competitors, and planning under it. Proposals carries rate sheets, Invoicing keeps estimates, aging, and credit notes, and P&L holds revenue and expenses. Old links land in the right place.
- Announcements now reach your team where they are: each one lands in the recipient's inbox and, for anyone who opted in, by push or email, so a teammate who didn't open the app that day still sees it. The project manager is also notified the moment an invoice is sent.
Risolto
- Project billing progress on the cards again matches the billing tab, the task status and priority filters now narrow the list to the chosen state instead of snapping back or failing to load, and empty screens across the app now share one consistent, clean look.
June 8, 2026 v33.0.0

Smarter projects, faster pages, and steadier menus

Aggiunto
- New projects can auto-number themselves with a code format you control, like RCH-2026-0042, so every project lands with a consistent reference that matches how you file your work. Codes stay editable, and free-text entry still works.
- Every project and task now shows an at-a-glance health status from its own dates and open work, on track, at risk, overdue, or unscheduled, so you see what needs attention without opening it. Finance teammates are also notified the moment an invoice is sent.
Modificato
- Lists and tables now show a soft preview of their layout while they load, instead of a spinner. Screens feel faster and content no longer jumps around when it appears.
- Dropdowns and menus now stay fully on screen, follow their button as you scroll, and can be driven entirely from the keyboard with clearer screen-reader support.
- Confirmation and error messages now use a consistent on-brand dialog instead of a plain browser popup, and their buttons read in your language, so they no longer freeze the page or fall back to English.
Risolto
- Errors now stay contained: a change that can't be saved shows a clear message and restores the item, and a panel that hits a problem shows a small retry in place instead of taking down your workspace. Teammate presence stays in sync everywhere it appears.
June 7, 2026 v32.9.1

The whole app now speaks your language

Aggiunto
- Finished translating the newest screens into every supported language: German, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese (Brazil and Portugal), and Turkish. Recent features now read naturally in your language instead of falling back to English.
June 5, 2026 v32.8.0

Live board: saved views, billing-type filters, and aligned tables

Aggiunto
- Save and reuse board setups. Name a view with its filters, grouping, and layout, and reopen it in one click from the sidebar so you never rebuild the same setup twice.
- Filter the board by billing type (contract, billable, or internal) and by the manager who runs each project, and edit a project or see its leads right from the board.
- Manage your project templates from settings, hide the built-in starters that do not fit your industry, and bulk-act on projects and tasks from any list or board.
Modificato
- Templates now rebuild a project the way you laid it out, keeping each task in its column and carrying its department, estimate, billing type, and priority. Completed work stays visible on the board instead of disappearing.
- Numbers across tables now right-align with even spacing so figures are easy to scan and compare.
Risolto
- A faster, steadier board: new tasks and saved views appear instantly, search keeps focus as you type, and switching tabs no longer flashes or reloads.
June 4, 2026 v31.6.4

Internal project boards, estimates, retainers, and a unified Finance home

Aggiunto
- Track internal work on its own boards alongside client projects, each starting from a ready-made template for your industry, kept out of your billing and revenue.
- Send priced estimates and quotes, issue credit notes, and set your tax rates once so the right rate is ready on every invoice. An accepted estimate turns into a draft invoice in one click.
- Set retainers to draft an invoice automatically each period, add your own custom fields to projects and tasks, and let tasks repeat on a schedule.
Modificato
- Your Clients list is now Contacts: a single directory for clients, prospects, vendors, partners, and subcontractors, with richer details, relationship tags, and bulk actions across every page of results.
- Finance is now one home for everything money-related, with invoices, estimates, revenue, expenses, credit notes, aging, budgets, and reports grouped clearly in the sidebar.
- Share the load across people and departments with multiple assignees per task and co-managers per project, and read your whole portfolio at a glance.
June 3, 2026 v22.5.3

Run performance reviews from the assistant

Aggiunto
- Run performance reviews end to end by asking: see the reviews that concern you, start a self-review or a review of someone on your team, dictate the answers and ratings, and submit.
- Owners get a place to handle data-deletion requests, see read receipts on announcements, accept proposals from a shared link, and create calendar events without leaving Hubity.
Modificato
- Revenue and expenses are now recorded the same way so your books line up, and the assistant can set the same client, project, and task details you fill in by hand.
- Better use of your screen, with wider hub pages and a roomier chat window, and more of the workspace keeps keyboard focus where it belongs.
Risolto
- A round of reliability fixes: confirmed actions only report success when they truly saved, invited teammates appear on your seats list right away, and several lists that could come back empty now read the correct records.
Sicurezza
- The assistant no longer sends to clients on its own; emailing an invoice or contacting an outside contact is now a manual step you confirm after a full preview. Anonymous polls are also truly anonymous now, keeping no link back to who responded.
June 2, 2026 v19.1.1

However you add data, it stays connected

Aggiunto
- Tasks now carry percent complete and contract amount as real, editable fields, and the assistant captures extra billables like copies and reimbursables as their own billing lines.
- Look up a unit price without leaving the form, with a rate lookup beside the price field on invoice line items and rate sheets.
Modificato
- However you add a client, project, or invoice (pasting a document, uploading one, or just asking), the assistant reconciles it the same way, recognizing companies you already have so you never end up with duplicates.
- Creating a project for a client now links the two together, so contract amounts, progress, and what is ready to invoice all stay in step.
- When the assistant asks you to confirm or choose, you now get reply buttons instead of having to type, and confirmation cards read in plain English.
Risolto
- Dollar amounts read consistently wherever you enter them, imported tasks land in the right board column, and document search repairs itself so it stays reliable.
June 1, 2026 v16.26.0

Build your financial history and estimate what your company is worth

Aggiunto
- Build out your company’s full financial history. Finance leads can record prior-period revenue and costs a year at a time, and recorded actuals immediately sharpen forecasts, growth, margins, and cash runway.
- Ask the assistant what your company is worth. A new estimate derives an indicative range from your trailing revenue and profit and sharpens as you record more history.
- Every project now has a Billing tab laying out the schedule of values: contract amount, percent complete, earned, billed, and what is ready to bill, with totals.
Modificato
- The assistant treats company financials as sensitive, role-gated data, and reads Business Health against your company’s size and industry so its take reflects what is normal for a business like yours.
- Every panel’s sidebar now lists the same views as its tabs, in the same order, so nothing is hidden or out of place.
Risolto
- A round of fixes across revenue dates, duplicate confirmations, currency formatting, and creating projects from an invoice when a named person is not yet on the team.
May 31, 2026 v16.20.0

Trends on Today, plus mobile polish

Modificato
- Trend charts are now a widget you can place on Today, and the same trends appear in Business Health. The separate Pulse and Trends pages have been retired.
Risolto
- On phones, Today cards no longer overlap, the slide-out menu is solid and legible, and cards and filter strips no longer run off the edge of the screen.
- Standup task rows put the task name first on phones, with status, assignee, and actions condensed into consistent controls.
- Personal canvases fit your phone screen without the page scrolling, with the tools tucked into a single menu and clearer week-navigation buttons.
- Knowledge and Contacts lists show each item as a tidy stacked card on phones instead of a wide table that ran off screen.
- The round icon buttons in every panel header render as exact circles on phones again.
May 30, 2026 v16.19.7

Sidebar sections read as one group

Modificato
- Sidebar sections now read as one group. A section and the pages under it share a single color, and only the page you are on is highlighted.
- The AI usage ring now fills up as you spend and shows the percentage used, grading from green to red as you approach your monthly limit.
- The Inbox tab that opens announcements is now labeled Announcements everywhere, matching the page it opens.
- Finishing a knowledge import now closes on a hand-drawn confirmation mark, a small warmer touch on the Saved moment.
Risolto
- More of the workspace now reads fully in your own language, including settings, the OKR tracker, invoice aging, and the sign-in and welcome screens, with counts and dates phrased naturally per language.
- Workspace-wide announcement alerts now reach every member reliably, so one delivery hiccup no longer holds up everyone else.
May 29, 2026 v16.18.4

Knowledge import shows token cost up front, plus section-color accents

Aggiunto
- The Import to Knowledge screen now shows an estimated token cost next to every file before you upload, plus the running total drawn from your allowance, so a bulk upload never quietly empties your balance.
- Tasks now take file attachments, and imported documents arrive with an effective start date already filled in.
Modificato
- Accent colors across the app now follow each section’s own color, so checkboxes, row hovers, focus rings, and the import screens match the panel they live in.
- Search and the quick switcher now find any section, sub-page, setting, or capability by name and take you straight there, with each section’s tabs named to match the page they open.
Risolto
- Large document uploads now complete reliably, importing several at once no longer loses your place, and the assistant gives a clear "no record of that yet" answer when something has not been uploaded.
- The Stop button now ends the assistant the moment you press it, and dozens of placeholder labels across the app now show real words.
May 28, 2026 v16.12.5

Knowledge search finds documents however you typed the name

Aggiunto
- The personal canvas gains real editing controls, with undo, redo, duplicate, nudge, and keyboard shortcuts throughout, plus export to a shareable image.
- Extracted key dates and mentioned companies can now be promoted to reminders and to client or vendor records in one click.
Modificato
- The assistant now finds documents brought in through bulk import when you ask a knowledge question, so it no longer matters which way a document was added.
Risolto
- Knowledge search now finds documents regardless of how you typed the name, so a lowercase search surfaces a capitalized title, and recent contracts and proposals rank above older ones on the same query.
- Storage sizes now read in plain English, and the storage meter no longer counts documents you have sent to trash.
- Clearer import errors in plain English, a Resuming hint when a long import goes quiet, and identity verification now happens right where you clicked.

Quote exact clauses from any uploaded document

Aggiunto

May 26, 2026 v15.2.0

Aggiunto
- Project flow charts gain a richer editor with draggable nodes, trackpad pan and zoom, automatic connectors that show how tasks depend on each other, and task-health popovers.
- Import a schedule from common project tools and Hubity preserves every task relationship, and projects can now nest tasks to any depth.
- The personal canvas extends to full height with drawing, image upload, live cards that link to any task or project, multi-person editing, and a one-click Organize that tidies the board.
- Read-only share links now cover the canvas, the org chart, poll results, and documents, each scrubbed of sensitive data and watermarked.

Ask Hubity inline on more panels

Aggiunto
- The Ask Hubity inline panel now lives on Projects, Deals, Team, Timesheets, and Invoicing, each with tailored starter prompts grounded in that surface’s data.
- Notifications now fire when invoices send, approvals are requested, and ownership changes on deals or tasks, so the right person hears about the work immediately.
- Owners see an in-app warning when a billing payment fails, invoice pages show every reminder sent, and failed invoice sends carry a recovery prompt.
Modificato
- Continue in chat on every inline panel now opens a fresh conversation, so the chat reads as a clean follow-up instead of drifting into a different topic.
May 24, 2026 v12.29.0

Aggiunto
- Update a deal’s stage and probability, add notes and activity, and convert a won deal into a project in one click, all from the deal page.
- Invoicing gets its operator tools: open any invoice to send or resend it, change its status, record a payment, and edit line items in place.

Panel surface and input hierarchy consistency

Aggiunto
- Cross-panel Context views land on every major detail page, showing every connected record in one place with each row linking to its source.
Modificato
- Every full-panel container now shares the same darker surface as the Today board, and inputs sit one step lighter so a form reads as a form again.
- Secondary header buttons now match the primary action’s color, so a header reads as one design language with hierarchy coming from position.
Risolto
- The compact sidebar collapses cleanly without a horizontal scrollbar, and the notifications popup no longer clips at the edge.
- Inline AI panels now render tables, lists, and formatting properly, and global search no longer fails silently when you type.
- A deploy landing while a tab is open no longer surfaces an error page; the app reloads once to pick up the new version.
May 22, 2026 v12.20.0

A full panel color palette and clearer naming

Aggiunto
- Custom word pronunciations now apply to every spoken surface, so daily briefings, chat playback, and voice mode all say a name the way you taught it.

Modificato
- Each section now has its own distinct color, used the same way throughout, with the brand color reserved for Hubity’s own chrome.
- Ask Hubity on every panel is now a real conversation, not a one-shot search box, with grounding chips that name what was looked at.
- Clearer naming across the app: Approve Time Off is now Approvals, and several pages now read the same in the sidebar, the address bar, and the page header.
Risolto
- Import and Export buttons now use the correct directional icon everywhere, and chat replies no longer ask you to retype your question or appear twice.
May 21, 2026 v12.8.1

Per-project task import with smart column mapping

Aggiunto
- Open any project and import tasks from a pasted list, a spreadsheet, or a schedule; Hubity maps the columns for you and previews every row before committing.
- A compact icon-only sidebar mode lands in a new Preferences page, with labels on hover and your choice saved per device.
- The Ask Hubity panel on the data panels now answers inline instead of bouncing you to chat, with a Continue in chat handoff for deeper questions.
Modificato

- Hubity’s working states now read like a person doing the work rather than a spinner.

May 20, 2026 v12.1.0

One Brand & Identity page, performance evaluations, and a rebuilt Timesheets

- Timesheets gains reusable templates, plan-aware features, and an import history with one-click revert.
- The org chart is now a pan-and-zoom canvas with drag-to-reassign reporting, saved views, and a polished printable exhibit on your letterhead.
Modificato

- Image edits in chat are now faster and sharper by default, with an automatic fallback if your chosen tool is unavailable.
Risolto
- A polish pass across the workspace, with every panel’s buttons using its own color and clearer labels throughout.

Printable project timelines and a rebuilt Timesheets

Aggiunto
- View any project as a printable timeline, set start dates on tasks, and save the whole schedule as a PDF to share with clients.
- Timesheets is rebuilt around getting time approved: log your week, submit it, and recall it if something changes, with a streamlined manager review queue and team reports.
- Connect Google or Microsoft to your account from settings for instant sign-in, and import an existing Word letterhead that Hubity reads for page size, color, and fonts.
Modificato
- Stopping a response now confirms it stopped and returns your message to the box, and Hubity no longer reloads to update while you have work in progress.
- The response-check note under replies is now plain and calm ("Double-checked" or "Worth a quick check") instead of a confusing score.
Risolto
- More reliable Google and Microsoft sign-in, more reliable image edits, and deleted conversations that are now truly deleted.

Fixes across chat, image editing, and Knowledge import

- Choosing Upload file from the chat attach menu now actually attaches the file you picked.
- Bulk import to Knowledge works again, and the import estimate now shows tokens so you can weigh it against your monthly allowance.
- The Timesheets entry form now lists your projects, and the New proposal form shows proper labels and hints.
- Chat and briefings are more reliable under heavy use, and sending a photo no longer fails silently.
May 17, 2026 v9.237.2

Set-aside and diversity designations from a searchable list

Aggiunto

Modificato

- Competitor cards now show region, a pricing read, and an "as of" date so you can tell how fresh the intel is.
Risolto

A settings, onboarding, and typing-quality pass

Modificato
- Workspace settings now load the company details you already set, admins on every plan can edit workspace basics, and brand color gets a true color wheel that recolors the whole workspace.
- The same gentle autocorrect the chat uses now works in every text box across Hubity, fixing common misspellings as you type.
- The Today board is denser and better organized by default, with each widget wearing the icon and color of the part of Hubity it draws from.
- Connection options that are not built yet are no longer shown, so you never hit a button that leads nowhere.
Risolto
- The team roster and workspace seats now connect both ways, and changes to brand color and task statuses take effect immediately.
May 14, 2026 v9.224.0

Today becomes a personal command center

Aggiunto
- Today is now a customizable widget board you can arrange, with a seven-day calendar, sticky notes you can pin anywhere, and a layout that follows you across devices.
- A real notification system follows you across tabs, with a live unread count, one feed for everything, and per-kind controls for in-app, push, and email.
- Finance gets a follow-up surface for past-due invoices, grouping every outstanding invoice by client with an owner and a morning nudge.
- Onboarding adapts to what your team does, and promising opportunities can be tagged so they show on the right people’s Today board with key dates.
Modificato
- Sign-in routes you to the right path automatically based on your domain and history, and settings now have a real home with global search.
- Any capability whose service is not configured is now hidden, so nobody clicks a button that leads nowhere.
May 13, 2026 v9.222.0

Edit documents, decks, and spreadsheets in conversation

Aggiunto
- Ask the assistant for a memo, brief, or long-form document and get a downloadable draft you can revise in place, with each version kept in your history.
- Generated spreadsheets and slide decks are now editable in conversation, and proposal narratives can be revised without rebuilding the pricing.
- Edited images show a before and after toggle on the chat card, with the edit instruction in the caption.
- File uploads now accept more formats, including OpenDocument, rich text, and zip archives.
Modificato
- The chat now resolves references to older work automatically, so "edit the deck I made for Calderon last week" finds and edits the right one.
Risolto
- Marketing, login, and legal pages now render correctly in the dark palette, and the browser tab icon stays readable on both light and dark tab strips.
May 12, 2026 v9.215.1

Chat artifacts that stay in context, and a live document canvas

Aggiunto
- Every image, proposal, deck, or spreadsheet you and the assistant make together now stays in context across turns, so iteration actually works, with older work searchable by description.
- A live document canvas opens whenever you ask for a long-form draft, so "rewrite the executive summary" reads like a real edit instead of a full regeneration.
- Plan and run a structured agenda for any meeting, with a live timer and per-item notes, and the assistant can draft the agenda for you.
- A broad chat polish wave: read responses aloud, copy or regenerate any message, attach more file types, drop files anywhere, share a conversation by link, render diagrams and math, and capture from your camera or screen.
Modificato
- Long conversations no longer hit a wall; you can keep going on a single thread.
Risolto
- A round of reliability fixes across task de-duplication, time-entry edits, and scanned-PDF reading.
May 11, 2026 v9.204.1

Grounded proposals, masked sensitive data, and self-service erasure

Aggiunto
- A single search now sweeps across meetings, tasks, knowledge, and clients in one read, searching the contents of each record, not just titles.
- Ask the assistant "what do we know about Calderon?" and get one response covering the overview, recent meetings, tasks, knowledge, and deals.
Modificato
- Long meetings are no longer truncated at the summary step, and a task assigned to you now notifies you with where it came from and its due date.
Sicurezza
- AI-generated proposals now treat your rate schedule as the source of truth, so an inflated or invented rate can never reach a client-facing proposal.
- Sensitive employee fields like salary and date of birth, and manager-only notes on client records, are now masked so a future change cannot accidentally leak them.
- Every employee can now file their own data-deletion request from their account, with a confirmation step and the 30-day clock starting immediately.
May 10, 2026 v9.189.7

A fluid, transparent bulk import for Knowledge

- Knowledge import now reads spreadsheets, photos, and scanned PDFs, turning each into searchable, structured content.

- Accepting an import now creates real work: action items land as tasks, and mentioned companies link to existing records automatically.
Modificato
- Bulk import to Knowledge is now fluid and cancellable, with each file showing its own live status and progress, and the import always finishing once you start it.
- Every extracted fact in the review card is now backed by a real quote from the document, so you can verify nothing was made up.
- A bulk-import cost estimate appears before you click Import, and import limits now scale with your plan.
May 9, 2026 v9.176.2

One warm canvas across the whole product, plus mobile polish

- The not-found page and the press-kit color reference were refreshed to match the rest of the product.
- Hub search now finds more panels by name, so typing a page title in the quick-find takes you straight there.

May 8, 2026 v9.174.97

A second translation sweep and real copy everywhere

Modificato
- Business Development’s company profile starts a deep refinement pass, with the workspace scan now reading team titles to surface service-line candidates and real example hints on every field.

Risolto
- Buttons and labels across every panel now show real text in every supported language instead of raw placeholders.
- Empty-state and modal copy now reads as real, descriptive English instead of leftover placeholder labels.
- Outbound emails now render correctly in Outlook, with the wordmark visible even when remote images are blocked.
- Tapping a capability in search now opens its own page when one exists, and page headers now match their URL and sidebar name everywhere.
May 7, 2026 v9.174.9

The full product in all 12 languages

- The Plans and Security pages now generate their own social-share cards, so a shared link previews with the right content.
- The marketing homepage and hub load faster on first visit.
Risolto
- Daily Briefing is no longer shown on plans that do not include it, and slow responses under heavy load are resolved.
May 6, 2026 v9.172.34

Industry pages, a plan builder, and AI discoverability

Aggiunto
- New industry landing pages cover seven verticals, each with concrete use cases and an FAQ that AI assistants can cite, so Hubity surfaces for the teams it fits best.
- New ways to discover what Hubity can do, including a first-session "What can I do?" sheet and a quick-find that matches verbs like "create deal" or "log time".
- The Integrations page now points to where personal connections live, and the assistant weaves connected sources into its answers by name.
Modificato
- The pricing page now reads as a tool: a plan builder asks how your team would use Hubity and shows an honest recommendation, with everything framed in real terms instead of jargon.
- The insights pages collapsed into three clear surfaces (Today, Pulse, Trends), each reachable from one place.
- Knowledge searches in chat now cover everything you have added at once, so it never matters which way a fact came in.
May 5, 2026 v9.165.2

Panel access by department and a sidebar that reads as a map

Aggiunto
- Panel access is now four-dimensional (workspace, department, role, and user), with a live trace next to each panel showing exactly why it is visible or hidden.
- Department-scoped access lets you grant or hide a panel for a whole team without creating a custom role, with the most-restrictive setting always winning.
Modificato
- The sidebar lost a third of its rows by leading each cluster with one entry and letting a tab strip handle the rest, so it reads as a map instead of a roll call.
- Several pages were renamed to match what they do, and their addresses now read the same, with old links redirecting automatically.
- When you are inside a cluster, every page now keeps the cluster’s color instead of jumping mid-step.
Risolto
- Several assistant tools that could not be invoked are now wired correctly, and bulk staff import is open to admins, owners, and managers.
May 4, 2026 v9.162.0

Cleaner labels, one Memory page, and an honest integrations catalog

- The assistant can run the analyzer on RFP text pasted into chat, returning the same recommendation with a link to the full report.

Sicurezza
- Voice and audio surfaces now carry the same audit, cost, and access controls as the rest of the platform, and passkey sign-in is enterprise-correct end to end.
April 27, 2026 v9.107.0

A hallucination guard across briefings and chat

Aggiunto
- Chat-driven proposals gained delete and restore, and a stated dollar total now locks the saved total to that figure instead of fabricating one.
- The Projects page gains a New Task button and empty-state action, sortable portfolios, and several long-overdue board fixes.
Modificato
- Document templates now behave like real paper, constrained to the configured page size with previews that match the printer.
Risolto

Sicurezza
- Every assistant surface that names your data now passes through a guard, so a fabricated project, person, or competitor name is caught and dropped before you see it.

- The Timesheets summary adds two new cards: PTO Hours for the current week (drawn from approved time-off) and Capacity Utilization, which divides billable hours by logged hours plus PTO hours.
