Grow Together
The work only people can do is the work we want to give back.
Every claim on this page points at something you can open and check.
We will name it first
Six things people say when a tool like this arrives. All six are reasonable. Here is our answer to each, and where to check it.
I do not trust what it tells me.
Every answer carries its sources. Expand the list on any reply to see the files and records it drew from.
It is here to replace me.
It has no authority. Nothing it can do reaches a person or an inbox without stopping to ask you first, and that gate is written into the code, not into its instructions.
It makes my work look easy.
It does the part that was never the work. Judgement, care, and knowing what matters today are still yours.
It is watching me.
No screenshots. No keystrokes. No app tracking. No productivity score. Not switched off: never built.
Transparency means getting caught.
You can open your own record and see what is kept about you, how long, and who else can see it.
It is one more complicated tool.
You ask the way you would ask a colleague. There are no commands to learn.
What we never built
These are not settings switched off somewhere. The code does not exist. That is the difference between a policy and a promise.
- No background screen capture. A screenshot exists only if you took one and attached it yourself
- No keystroke logging
- No tracking of other apps or windows
- No idle or activity scoring
- No continuous location tracking. Your device is never followed; signing in records the city it came from, so you can spot a sign-in that was not you
- No productivity score or ranking
- No voice identification
- Never used to train a model
Everyone can check
The people in your workspace each get a page listing what is recorded about them, what it is for, who else can see it, how long it is kept, and how much of it we hold right now. It is written for the person it is about, not for their manager. It is not a setting an administrator can hide.
- Written in plain language, not policy language
- Links straight to the control, wherever there is something to change
- Includes an export you can take with you, covering your most recent records
For the person introducing this
The first five minutes decide everything, and that conversation is had by a manager, not by us. You should not have to promise anything we have not already built, so here is what you can say and know it will hold.
- Everyone on your team gets their own page showing what is recorded about them
- The list above is what we never built, so you can promise it without asking us
- Where the law requires it, the EU AI Act for one, employers using AI in workplace management have to tell their people. What ours does is published, so you have something to point at
