Bill your firm's month from ChatGPT
Close the month without rebuilding invoices by hand: ChatGPT previews every invoice from approved time, expenses, retainers and contract progress, less money held back (retainage), then drafts them for you to review and send.
Free on Starter for up to 3 people. No card needed.
What you can ask
Plain words. Every answer comes from your own records.
“What would we invoice for last month?”
A preview of one invoice per project from approved time, billable expenses, retainers and contract progress, with anything that needs a decision flagged and nothing written.
“Go ahead and draft those invoices.”
Each invoice is drafted in Hubity and marked Drafted by your assistant, for you to review and send yourself.
“How much cash should we expect to collect?”
A forecast from what open invoices still owe, weighted by how late they are, plus all unbilled time to date and proposals sent or accepted but not yet invoiced.

How it stays safe
Your role, nothing more
What ChatGPT reads follows your role in Hubity, only after you sign in and approve it, and each company's data is kept separate.
Drafts are never sent
ChatGPT can draft invoices but never send them; a person reviews and sends each one in Hubity.
You approve every change
Drafting invoices or logging time needs write access you approve on Hubity's consent screen, and every change is recorded in your activity log.
Connect ChatGPT
A few minutes, no code. You sign in to Hubity and choose what it may do.
- In ChatGPT's settings, turn on Developer mode. On a Business, Enterprise or Edu workspace, an admin may need to allow it first.
- Create a new app, name it Hubity, paste the server URL above, and choose OAuth.
- Sign in to Hubity when ChatGPT asks, and choose Allow access.
- ChatGPT starts with read access. The first time you ask it to draft invoices, Hubity asks you to allow changes.
